Jon Peck is the founder of RANGE Hospitality Advisory, where he helps restaurant operators scale their brands to five, ten, or twenty locations without losing their identity. Each engagement puts him beside the operator’s team to align strategy with execution, standardize what should be standard, and build a bench that stays.

He brings twenty years across nearly every role that owns a number: General Manager, Regional Director, Vice President of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer, in full-service, fast-casual, and high-volume restaurants from $2.5M to $18M+ a year. As Chief Operating Officer of two Dallas restaurant groups, he opened three Haywire locations in twelve months at FB Society and built the operating systems and leadership bench that took Vandelay Hospitality Group from $17M to $75M in three years. Earlier, he spent six years at Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group and eight with Darden’s Seasons 52 as it grew from pilot to national chain.
